Sunrise Ridge

1. Pick four golfers. Each has a separate ball and score. The highlighted name is playing.
2. Choose a club and aim. Tap or drag on the hole, or use arrow keys while the map is focused. The dotted line shows the intended landing point.
3. Roll. Add the two cream dice; use that row on the golfer card. The gold die gives left for odd and right for even, relative to your aim.
4. Pass the turn. Tap the next-golfer button after reading the result. Everyone tees off first; then the golfer farthest from the cup plays. The same golfer may play again.
5. Putt. On the green, roll the target or higher. The golfer’s putting bonus is already included in the displayed target. The gold die is ignored.

Real golfer names with provisional HSG design ratings, not season statistics. Drive changes club ranges, control reduces sideways miss, and putting bonuses lower the target. The Links at Volcano Bay uses the first nine names, pars and personalities from the HSG Official Course Booklet. Distances, maps and hazard placements are a new HSG playtest adaptation. Rough uses 85% range; bunkers require a sand wedge at 75%. Lava, ocean, water and out-of-bounds add one penalty stroke and replay from the prior position. Scores are capped at par + 5. There is no wind, elevation or separate ball-roll model.
